The Wild Goose is located right on the corner of Tejon and Boulder Street in downtown Colorado Springs. We believe in building community with a strong emphasis on intentional neighborhood development. But even if you don't work or live in our hood, we welcome you as a full member of our rich and open community. We're happy to serve as office, second home or "third space," for so many folks from all over our city and even beyond!
Food
We take a simple yet innovative approach to food at The Goose. Serving all day - beginning with unique breakfast options until 11AM. Our lunch and dinner menu is anchored by grilled sandwiches and locally made brats and is designed for an enhanced cafe dining experience that offers great options for any time of day. Our meat and cheese boards and "street nachos" are local favorites, as well as our generous salads and delicious soups. Our menu aligns with our core values of community building and making connections.
Coffee
Coffee at The Wild Goose is grounded in a simple approach - single origin beans, locally roasted. We partner with Colorado roasters because we love where we live and those who work to make it great. We serve it without anything added, so you can get to know the coffee in its purest form. Even so, we want you to drink your coffee the way you like it which is why we make our own syrups using as many local ingredients as we can find.
Spirits
We've curated our beer, wine, and cocktail menus to bring you a unique Colorado experience. Local spirits, house made liqueurs, and fresh squeezed juices come together for inventive mixed drinks. Old world and new world are equally represented on our wine list, and 12 beer taps are dedicated to Colorado craft brews (including a permanent Paradox and Pikes Peak Brewing presence).
